How My Process Works
How My Link Building Process Works?
01.
Site Check. I Look Before I Build
Before I take your money, I look at the pages you want to rank. If the content is thin or the page doesn't match search intent, links won't fix that. Same thing if your backlink profile is full of junk. I've built links for pages like that before and watched nothing happen. So now I check first before starting any link building. If something needs work, I tell you straight.
-
Target page content and search intent review
-
Current backlink profile and toxic link check
-
Anchor text distribution analysis
-
If the page isn't ready for links, I tell you before we start
02.
Gap Analysis. I Find What's Missing.
I pull your competitors into Ahrefs and run a gap analysis against your backlink profile. Who's linking to them that's not linking to you? What kind of links are pushing them ahead? How many do they have on that specific page? That's how I figure out what you actually need instead of guessing a random number.
-
Competitor backlink profile comparison
-
Identifying the types of links ranking your competitors
-
Calculating how many links your target page needs
-
If the data shows you don't need links, I won't sell you any
03.
Strategy. I Pick What Works.
Not every site needs the same thing. Guest posts work in some niches. Niche edits make more sense in others. And for certain sites, resource page outreach or digital PR is the better move. I look at your niche, your competitors, and your current authority before I decide. I don't repeat the same playbook for every client.
-
Matching the method to your niche and competition level
-
Identifying content on your site that can attract links
-
If you have nothing linkable, I tell you what to create first
-
Choosing between guest posting, niche edits, resource pages.
04.
Prospecting. I Find The Right Sites.
I build the prospect list manually. I check every site for organic traffic, DA, DR, spam score, and niche relevance. If a site has no real traffic or looks like it only exists to sell links, I skip it. I've seen campaigns tank because someone built links on garbage sites. Not letting that happen here.
-
Manual prospecting, no PBN lists or link sellers
-
Checking DA, DR, organic traffic, spam score per site
-
Only sites with real traffic and real audience
-
Custom prospect list built for your specific campaign
05.
Outreach. I Handle It Myself
I find the right contact person on each site. Editor, content manager, site owner. Then I send a personalized pitch, not a mass template blast. If it's a guest post, I write the content or review it myself before it goes out. The article needs to make sense for that site's audience and the link needs to sit naturally inside the content. If it looks forced, I redo it.
-
Finding the right editor or site owner contact
-
Personalized outreach emails, no automation spam
-
Guest post content written to match the publisher's style
-
Natural anchor text and contextual link placement
06.
Reporting. You See Every Link.
When a link goes live, I send you the URL, DA, DR, traffic data, and anchor text. One link building report, everything listed. I also check if links from previous months are still live. If anything got removed, I flag it and work on a replacement. At the end of each month, I go over what worked and what I'm planning for next month.
-
Live URL with DA, DR, traffic, and anchor text
-
Link status monitoring from previous months
-
Replacement plan if any link gets removed
-
Next month's strategy based on results so far
